Are there any transaction fees?

No, Unlike our competitors we do not have any transaction fees.

Can I add my own products?

You can add as many products as your plan allows, even though we offer product integrations with a number of distributors you can add just your products or a mix of your products and the distributors products. It's your store it's your way.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can use a domain name that you own. We also provide a free or temporary domain yourname.pecsite.com to all stores on sign up.

Do I need a web host?

Power-eCommerce includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans.

Is there a setup fee?

There are no setup fees most of our plans. Some Enterprise plans have setup fees if a dedicated server is requested.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

You can cancel anytime after you have met the terms of your plan, simply cancel your account from your profile page in the admin.

Do I need a Credit Card Processer?

No, you can sign up and get your site ready to go without a credit card processer. If you have an off-line processer you can manually enter charges until you have a online processer. We can help you with getting a credit card processer if needed.
